About the role
- Responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues.
- Implements, coordinates, and presents the new hire training and development program.
- Provides mentoring, coaching, as well as formal facilitation to new and existing sales colleagues.
- Partnering with the field leadership team, trains and coaches associates to maximize performance.
- Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area.
- Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory.
- Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance.
- Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team.
- Ensure that their team meet or exceed all activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance.
- Monitor sales start rates through the key relationship with Operational Leadership.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of Rentokil Terminix experience in designated field with RTX
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
- Skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Ability to perform basic business mathematics and analyze sales data
- Ability to acquire licenses/certificates as required by federal, state or local agencies
