About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide overall guidance for the district
Serve as the key contact for implementing change in the area
Develop the management team to achieve branch growth, productivity, and profitability goals
Deliver legendary customer experiences
Interview applicants, select top candidates, and monitor staffing needs
Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to operations and service management teams
Drive implementation of company programs and initiatives
Motivate and support management teams in developing and implementing action plans
Review business environments and key indicators to identify problems, concerns, and improvement opportunities
Coach operations and service management teams to achieve operational goals
Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership positions
Understand and follow district policies and company expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
At least five to seven years in a Branch Manager or equivalent-level position
Strong attention to detail
Background in management, sales, training, relationship development, and/or excellent customer experience
Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment
Pest control industry management experience is a plus
Available to travel
Available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends
Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations
Must pass pre-employment background screen
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
