About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage sales activities and performance across the assigned region
  • Staff, direct, and lead the regional sales team toward profitability and growth
  • Conduct weekly one-on-one debriefs with Account Executives
  • Conduct 3–5 field rides per month to coach and develop sales skills
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals
  • Analyze sales data, track trends, prepare reports, and forecast requirements
  • Maintain key client relationships and handle high-level negotiations
  • Manage regional budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and industry developments
  • Assist Account Executives with proposals and presentations
  • Conduct weekly sales and training meetings
  • Use sales KPIs to ensure Account Executives meet activity standards
  • Develop and support quarterly sales action plans and redirect activities to improve performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 6+ years of sales leadership experience in a hunting capacity
  • Proven history developing sales colleagues
  • Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations
  • Valid driver’s license from state of residence
  • Verbal and written communication skills
