About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform industry leading pest management services for residential customers.
Identify and eliminate pests from residential properties by conducting thorough inspections.
Determine the type of pest infestation and apply appropriate treatments like pesticides and traps.
Provide preventative measures to prevent future infestations, adhering to safety regulations.
Communicate with clients about pest control solutions.
Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests.
Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm their appointments, and help with sales to current customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Clean shaven face- for safety reasons (rebreathers have to be able to seal your face)
High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in all areas of pest control
Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Basic math skills — You’ll need to be able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels
Customer-facing experience preferred
