About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform industry leading pest management services for residential customers.
- Identify and eliminate pests from residential properties by conducting thorough inspections.
- Determine the type of pest infestation and apply appropriate treatments like pesticides and traps.
- Provide preventative measures to prevent future infestations, adhering to safety regulations.
- Communicate with clients about pest control solutions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
- Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to eliminate pests.
- Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm their appointments, and help with sales to current customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clean shaven face- for safety reasons (rebreathers have to be able to seal your face)
- High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
- Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed
- Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in all areas of pest control
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills — You’ll need to be able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels
- Customer-facing experience preferred
