About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the sales strategy and Business Growth of Digital Energy Solutions across America, primarily within the United States
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and growth targets across the Americas
- Lead sales initiatives for DES software products, digital solutions, and professional services
- Establish, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with utility companies, energy merchants, EPC contractors, developers, and large energy consumers
- Build strong executive-level relationships, including C-Suite stakeholders, to position DES as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Drive sales growth through consultative engagement with utility industry leaders during their energy transformation initiatives
- Promote DES solutions related to grid modernization, automation, renewable energy integration, energy storage, microgrids, electric vehicles, demand response, and cybersecurity
Requirements
What you’ll need- 25+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Technical Sales
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's Degree preferred
- Software: SCADA Systems, Energy Management Systems (EMS), Utility Management Solutions, Grid Automation Platforms, Energy Trading Systems, Renewable Energy Management Solutions, CRM Platforms
