About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI, machine learning, and software solutions supporting renewable power plant controls
  • Lead and develop Technical Product Management teams, fostering innovation and ensuring effective collaboration with engineering, project delivery, sales, and customer success organizations
  • Drive the development and deployment of advanced technologies, including cloud platforms, AI/ML models, data science applications, and edge computing solutions for power systems
  • Collaborate with utilities, regulators, customers, and other industry stakeholders to understand market requirements
  • Provide technical sales support across the U.S. market, including customer presentations, product demonstrations, and RFI/RFP responses

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 18+ years of experience in software development, cloud platforms, AI/ML, data science, and edge computing applications for power systems
  • Experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or supporting sales teams in the North American market is a plus
  • Native-level proficiency in English
