About the role
- Coordinate the delivery of experts to our highest-value projects
- Work with the CEO/CTO to design important recruitment frameworks
- Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform
- Ensure execution under demanding timelines
- Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency
- Continuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels, using data to boost participant retention and engagement
Requirements
- Experience attracting world-class talent in short time frames.
- Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients.
- Bias to action: You will operate with a high-level of agency. This means not every initiative will be discussed or thought out. We're looking for someone comfortable in failure, but can come to us with a list of initiatives where you tried something, measured the impact, and either doubled down or quit - all without permission
- Data-driven: You make data driven decisions. Like any marketplace, problems can balloon at scale. It's vital we track LTV, CAC, and measure everything to ensure we make informed decisions.
