About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage assigned vendor relationships.
  • Handle day-to-day vendor operations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of invoices along with efficient and cost-effective services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with TMU vendors.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Review and support new vendor onboarding activities.
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle day-to-day vendor operations, including missing data follow-ups and related coordination.
  • Maintain operational records and support reporting activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree / Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with vendor management or operations processes is preferred.
  • Mid-size data analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with analytical SQL will be an added advantage.
