About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses.
- Assist with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial results and identify key variances, trends, and risks.
- Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor operating expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings or improved efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership and department managers to support decision-making.
- Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis as business needs arise.
- Help improve financial reporting processes, controls, and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or business analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and building financial models.
- Hands-on experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience presenting financial insights or recommendations to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms.
