Utilities Billing Account Analyst
TEOCOUtility BAN Management Analyst responsible for utility consulting and invoice analysis in a remote role. Collaborate with stakeholders and manage billing accounts within TEOCO’s Bill Trak system.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set up 500–1,000 new utility billing accounts (BANs) per month within TEOCO’s Bill Trak system
- Accurately populate required account data in accordance with established Operations Guides
- Validate billed site information associated with each new billing account
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including client contacts and vendors, to complete account setup
- Conduct periodic audits of existing BANs to ensure accuracy and completeness of:
- Maintain data integrity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Review reports and do quality assurance checks on current Billing Accounts to ensure validity.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- Experience with data entry, auditing, or utility billing is a plus
- Familiarity with utility billing/account structures
- Experience working with large datasets or enterprise systems
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
