About the role
- Own the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, from initial briefing through to final asset delivery
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to keep teams aligned and on track
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners (e.g. photographers, creators, production)
- Manage shoot logistics, including scheduling, resourcing, props, and on-the-day support
- Oversee the briefing process, ensuring clear, actionable briefs and smooth handovers between teams
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and timelines
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in creative project management (agency or brand-side)
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A solid understanding of creative processes
- Proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate challenges
- Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)
- Google Suite
