About the role

  • Your north star will be the number of meetings attended by qualified personas at Tenor’s ICP
  • Run outbound prospecting across multiple channels, primarily phone
  • Help create and refine messaging, sequences, and targeting
  • Bring insights from conversations to help iterate on positioning, product, and strategy

Requirements

  • About a year of SDR experience — ideally in enterprise SaaS
  • Ability to get a senior L&D leader at a Fortune 500 on the phone and hold an insightful conversation
  • Clear and personable writing skills
  • Proficient with LinkedIn as a business tool
  • Passionate about AI and the future of leadership
  • Ability to thrive with autonomy in a high-trust team
  • Familiarity with Sales Nav, HubSpot, and modern outbound tools
