About the role
- Coordinate financial reports providing guidelines and guidance for the team members
- Consolidation of global reports, including Income Statement, Cashflow, KPIs and other financial reports and analysis
- Preparation of financial decks to help support Business Leaders
- Commercial activities: pricing analysis, program reviews, footprint strategies business case, cost models etc.
- Cost model preparation, business case and gate review analysis
- Responsible for the consolidation of financial reports, weekly flash, cash, monthly forecast, annual budget
- Consolidation of monthly financial reports: pricing, mix, MCS, HC, Ops Performance, FX, etc.
- Responsible for leading the calendar and communication and follow-up with plants
- Assists Finance Director with closing activities for month end and other requested projects as needed
Requirements
- B.S. degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or relevant discipline
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a finance role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP)
