About the role
- Provide Technical Engineering and project management support for the plant Engineering functions
- Develop and manage projects and engineering functions for the plant
- Support and coordinate all new and improved business opportunities
- Serve as Process Owner of the Quality Management System Core Process
- Manage Manufacturing Engineers and Manufacturing Engineering Technicians
- Provide engineering support throughout the plant
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years manufacturing experience
- Firsthand experience in Engineering, quality management/engineering, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, financial management, human relations management, or operations management
- Ability to Plan and Coordinate Activity
