About the role
- Balance quality, risk, cost, and customer satisfaction in managing programs
- Identify and resolve problems related to project implementation
- Collaborate with teams across various functions
- Manage the program team from Quotation phase to Post-SOP Phase
- Maintain effective communication with program teams and external customers
- Perform risk assessments and execute mitigation strategies
- Complete program gates review on time
- Meet all customer MRDs with high-quality deliverables
- Ensure financial targets and budgets are met
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program management
- Strong knowledge of risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to develop high-quality program plans
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
