About the role
- Responsible for production planning and coordination
- Handle customer information acquisition and dissemination
- Ensure prototype order acceptance and shipping
- Manage mass production and shipping logistics
- Oversee inventory management and cross-contract material transfers
- Evaluate and improve transportation methods and warehouse operations
- Collaborate with other departments for new product orders
Requirements
- Production planning
- Acquisition of customer information (Firm and Forecast), compilation, and internal dissemination
- Production coordination with manufacturing
- Prototype and prototype order acceptance and shipping
- Mass-produced product shipping
- Requests for cross-contract material transfers
- Finished product inventory management
- Improving the efficiency of transportation methods, evaluating existing transportation companies and developing new ones
- Efficient operation of external warehouses, evaluation of existing warehouses and development of new warehouses
- Coordination with other departments when receiving new product orders
- Compliance with KPI (DOH: 20 days, OTD: 100%)
