About the role
- Develop, implement, and improve EHS programs
- Lead safety culture initiatives
- Analyze and mitigate machinery-related risks
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and corporate EHS requirements
- Conduct audits for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
- Design and deliver EHS training programs
- Act as contact point for EHS-related matters
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety roles in manufacturing
- RSPP qualification (ATECO 4) required
- Strong expertise in machinery safety
- Excellent knowledge of Italian health and safety legislation
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
