About the role

  • Responsible for managing assigned customer(s)
  • Managing and coordinating all Commercial and Sales aspects such as quoting New business and Engineering changes
  • Establishing and improving platform profitability
  • Managing pricing and collecting receivables
  • Primary customer contact for all commercial related program concerns including current and new projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Minimum 5 years experience in tier 1 or OEM automotive environment in a Business Discipline (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations)
  • High level of proficiency with the Customer Systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to prepare and deliver professional presentations
  • Required to work independently, under pressure, with the ability to drive projects to closure
  • Must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional negotiating skills with proven success in dealing directly with OEMs (or equivalent).
