About the role

  • Own day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution tracking across APAC initiatives
  • Drive preparation of agendas, materials, decks, and follow-ups for key meetings
  • Coordinate across programmes, ecosystem, partnerships, and investment-related activities
  • Ensure priorities, timelines, and deliverables are clear and followed through
  • Support sales and partnership efforts through preparation, research, and execution support
  • Maintain high standards for presentation quality, documentation, and reporting

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, venture, innovation, or similar environments
  • Strong execution skills and ability to operate independently
  • Clear written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Hard requirement: Familiarity and work-level utilization of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, etc.
  • Interest in emerging technologies and innovation (e.g. Web3, Generative AI, stablecoins, and frontier tech)
  • Comfortable working in a VUCA environment with shifting priorities and limited resources
  • Exposure to or ability to operate in Japanese or Korean business contexts is a strong plus
