Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s Degree in a health-related field from an accredited school or college
At least 2 years of experience working in an acute care Health Information Management Department or similar healthcare setting
Bachelor’s Degree in Management from an accredited college or university preferred
Demonstrated leadership experience in a Health Information Management department or similar healthcare setting preferred
Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) preferred
