About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assisting with the performance of all analytics related to supply spend and market share reports
Cross reference cost comparisons, spend/savings modeling, savings tracking, and market share compliance tracking/trending
Responsible for query and report development, financial and clinical analysis, supply chain data standardization and management, and contract compliance monitoring
Provide consistently accurate decision support to the corporate analytics, content management IMMS team and Tenet leadership on a routine basis.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be located close to and be able to commute to Dallas, TX daily.
A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business and/or a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare, supply chain or database management is required.
Some experience and knowledge of MMIS operations and administration.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel required.
Power BI Experience a plus.
Medical/Surgical Product knowledge highly desired.
Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of personnel and other external parties, frequently in situations which are sensitive and/or significant to the company.
The organizational skills necessary to plan, direct, and control critically important projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects within the required timelines established.
