About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assisting with the performance of all analytics related to supply spend and market share reports
  • Cross reference cost comparisons, spend/savings modeling, savings tracking, and market share compliance tracking/trending
  • Responsible for query and report development, financial and clinical analysis, supply chain data standardization and management, and contract compliance monitoring
  • Provide consistently accurate decision support to the corporate analytics, content management IMMS team and Tenet leadership on a routine basis.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be located close to and be able to commute to Dallas, TX daily.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business and/or a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare, supply chain or database management is required.
  • Some experience and knowledge of MMIS operations and administration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Excel required.
  • Power BI Experience a plus.
  • Medical/Surgical Product knowledge highly desired.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with all levels of personnel and other external parties, frequently in situations which are sensitive and/or significant to the company.
  • The organizational skills necessary to plan, direct, and control critically important projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects within the required timelines established.
