Senior IT Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading high complexity projects and key operational initiatives with technology driven solutions as part of the Product Management team.
- Owning the creation and documentation of requirements that lead directly to solving key business challenges.
- Conducting competitive research, analyzing data, and providing estimates for features.
- Creating technology user guides, providing status updates, leading functional and integration testing, and post implementation monitoring.
- Mentoring and guiding analyst team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- CBAP certified preferred
- 3 - 5 years of prior tech product management experience preferably in health IT services / health tech product environment preferred
- Experience in healthcare / healthcare IT desirable
- Experience working on Workflow Management Products desirable
- Experience delivering products and showing the impact of the work you have done
- Strong project and requirement documentation skills
- Degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in healthcare, life sciences or computer science
