Sales Development Representative
Tendrill International Sdn BhdSales Development Representative focused on lead generation and outbound outreach. Engaging clients in Mexico with CRM systems and sales technologies.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research, identify, and qualify potential clients, adding 250 new leads into the CRM per week.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using Cold Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn Outreach, and Social Selling Strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records within the CRM.
- Support setup and management of outbound sales tools.
- Help craft clear, engaging messages that resonate with prospects and clients.
- Monitor outreach performance and conversion metrics.
- Prepare weekly reports detailing activity, response rates, meetings booked, and key insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native English speaker (written and spoken).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience with setting up and managing sales or marketing tools; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Proven experience interacting with customers or clients in a sales or marketing capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and quickly adjust strategies as needed.
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn will be considered; we are willing to mentor the right candidate to help them grow in the role.
