Revenue Operations Manager – Outbound

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and operate the full outbound tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, Warmly, and HubSpot
- Design, build, and optimize multi-channel outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) in Outreach
- Manage lead routing, territory logic, and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Implement automation workflows that reduce manual effort and boost rep productivity
- Monitor and action buyer intent signals using Warmly and similar platforms
- Enrich contact and account data with Clay — build dynamic enrichment workflows across databases
- Segment and prioritize target accounts based on ICP fit, engagement, and in-market signals
- Maintain clean, complete, and enriched data flowing throughout the CRM at all times
- Partner with marketing to optimize website form conversions — A/B test CTAs, form fields, and placements
- Implement and manage lead capture tools and chatbots to convert inbound traffic
- Build lead scoring models that surface high-intent visitors to the sales team in real time
- Track and report on top-of-funnel KPIs: traffic-to-lead rate, MQL volume, and lead quality scores
- Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot giving leadership real-time pipeline visibility
- Analyze outbound performance (reply rates, meeting rates, conversion) and drive improvements
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions
- Deliver regular reports on outbound activity, funnel health, and pipeline contribution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement
- Proven experience owning and optimizing outbound sales motions end-to-end
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin or power user level)
- Working experience with Outreach or a comparable sales engagement platform
- Practical experience with Clay for data enrichment and automation workflows
- Familiarity with intent data platforms — Warmly, 6sense, Bombora, or similar
- Experience optimizing website conversion — forms, lead capture flows, CTAs
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable building dashboards and interpreting funnel data
- Based in Mexico and available Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CT
- English proficiency (written and verbal) — bilingual (EN/ES) preferred
