About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct proactive prospecting of potential customers in line with the commercial team’s strategies
- Make first contact with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media
- Qualify leads by understanding their profile, needs and buying stage
- Log and organize interactions in the CRM, keeping data up to date
- Schedule meetings and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Support the sales funnel and the operational routines of the commercial area
- Learn and apply consultative approach techniques
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree — Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Sales Management or related fields
- Available to work on-site at Avenida Paulista, São Paulo
- Prior experience (even brief) in sales, pre-sales, customer service or commercial roles within the logistics sector
- Experience as an SDR and interest in building a career in sales
- Basic knowledge of outbound prospecting, lead qualification or customer relationship management
- Familiarity with CRM or commercial management tools
- Understanding of consultative selling
