About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct proactive prospecting of potential customers in line with the commercial team’s strategies
  • Make first contact with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media
  • Qualify leads by understanding their profile, needs and buying stage
  • Log and organize interactions in the CRM, keeping data up to date
  • Schedule meetings and pass qualified opportunities to the sales team
  • Support the sales funnel and the operational routines of the commercial area
  • Learn and apply consultative approach techniques
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of pre-sales processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree — Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Sales Management or related fields
  • Available to work on-site at Avenida Paulista, São Paulo
  • Prior experience (even brief) in sales, pre-sales, customer service or commercial roles within the logistics sector
  • Experience as an SDR and interest in building a career in sales
  • Basic knowledge of outbound prospecting, lead qualification or customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with CRM or commercial management tools
  • Understanding of consultative selling
