• Lead the shared services platform that keeps our entire portfolio humming.
• Own the full P&L of PCM.
• Drive inventory strategy, demand planning, and working-capital management across business units.
• Build and hold the enterprise to a common operating standard; KPIs, scorecards, SOPs, monthly business reviews, safety, and quality.
• Champion continuous improvement as a permanent operating mindset.
• Own the full PCM P&L: revenue, gross margin, operating income, working capital, CapEx.
• Run the plant with operational excellence: production planning, scheduling, throughput, yield, quality, EHS, and lean manufacturing.
• Translate commercial strategy into manufacturing, supply, and service plans the organization can execute.
