About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop relationships with new End-users and key decision makers while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing End-user customers.
  • Manage all phases of the sales process from company/product introduction through the final agreement to purchase and implementation of Ergodyne product solutions.
  • Focus on New Product placement with End-users.
  • Measuring outcomes and ROI for customers so that solutions meet the customer’s expectations.
  • Meet or exceed Annual Sales Plan metric.
  • Manage Expenses within assigned budget.
  • Demonstrate strong territory management skills with the ability to network and generate leads, develop sales plans and manage results effectively.
  • Execute sales plans and strategies that reach potential End-user customers within the territory.
  • Manage your distribution relationships and coordinate efforts with independent manufacturers’ reps to support the territory’s activities.
  • Demonstrate strong selling skills: Prospect and qualify leads, identify End-user customer needs, translate risk assessment to benefits, deliver effective solutions / demos, negotiate and close sales in partnership with distribution.
  • Discover and relay competitive intelligence to the Product Management Team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or another related field
  • 3+ year’s Field Selling Proficiency using Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity using CRM Systems (preferred)
  • QSSP Certification (preferred)
