About the role

  • Partner with customers to understand their business objectives, security challenges, and technical environments.
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of current infrastructure, architecture, and security postures.
  • Architect scalable and effective cloud security solutions leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Translate customer requirements into detailed technical designs and solution proposals.
  • Lead technical delivery efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide hands-on guidance throughout implementation, integration, and deployment phases.
  • Support troubleshooting and optimization of deployed solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud security, staying current on emerging trends, standards, and technologies.
  • Advise customers on best practices in identity and access management (IAM), data protection, encryption, network security, and compliance.
  • Define measurable success criteria, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for customer deployments.
  • Foster trusted, long-term relationships with customers, acting as an advocate and strategic advisor.
  • Identify opportunities for solution expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases, best practices, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams to enhance product and security understanding.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical leadership role, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security concepts, technologies, and frameworks, including IAM, encryption, data protection, network security, and compliance standards.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proven ability to design and implement solutions using leading cloud security tools and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
