About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with Live Entertainment brands across sport, music, theatre, arts, and corporate hospitality
- Secure priority access, exclusive benefits, and memorable experiences for members
- Manage partnerships and contracts across the assigned market and genres
- Develop best-in-market offers, ticket inventory, commission agreements, and proposition materials
- Support Lifestyle Managers in nurturing sustainable partner relationships
- Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in member satisfaction, NPS, service quality, and efficiency
- Analyse redemption, demand, and event-ticketing data to improve strategies by member group, client, and region
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Live Entertainment, Content, Marketing, Client Services, Regional Business Development Managers, and operational teams
- Ensure offers and events receive maximum exposure to members
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to stay ahead in the market
- Create vendor-approach strategies and communicate process changes across the business
- Improve entertainment-team processes and share best practices across regions
- Propose and implement strategies and campaigns affecting member satisfaction, corporate revenue, and efficiency
- Contribute to wider strategic goals and global or regional procurement
- Support client-related matters and new business proposals
- Lead, maintain, and support established client and member relationships
- Grow revenue, strengthen partnerships, increase proposition utilisation, fulfil contractual commitments, and deliver exceptional member experiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience procuring and maintaining Live Entertainment relationships with promoters, ticketing platforms, venues, benefits, and offers
- Experience with contract management and negotiation
- Broad working knowledge of key global brands and partners across lifestyle industries is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to initiate and lead new business initiatives and proposals aligned with Live Entertainment and proposition objectives
- People-management skills, including motivating and driving performance in line reports or colleagues
- Experience working in a customer-led industry and delivering excellent customer service
- Project-management experience handling complex global projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Account-management experience with senior stakeholders, including building trust and loyalty, fulfilling requirements, escalating issues, and presenting new business initiatives
- Ability to create and drive Live Entertainment strategy using performance data, industry knowledge, and leadership skills
- Independent, competent, professional-level Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in marketing and using social media to promote and drive usage of negotiated assets and propositions
- Proven track record negotiating and procuring relationships, offers, or events, or managing a sales/negotiation team
- Natural commercial drive, innovation, networking, creativity, and ability to develop commercially impactful initiatives
- Passion for member-focused customer service and commercial success
- Passion for motivating and developing people
- Strong communication skills and ability to tailor communications to different individuals
- Ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders and colleagues in other departments
- Ability to work supportively and effectively during busy or high-pressure periods
- Must commute to the office at least 2–3 days per week; this is non-negotiable
- Secure home office at confirmed address, free from background noise and distractions when working remotely
- Internet service meeting minimum requirements and completed minimum speed check
