Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial or equivalent education
Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with tour operators or travel agencies, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service
Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
Fluent in Arabic and English
Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events, and culture
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and service orientation
High quality awareness and attention to detail
Full-time availability
