About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide advice to our clients — premium cardholders — by phone and email in English and German
- Handle customer inquiries from proposal preparation through to billing for individual travel arrangements
- Make reservations with airlines, hotels and local agencies
- Create tailored proposals and travel documents, prepare itineraries, arrange visas and handle administrative processes
- Deliver service with passion
- Actively sell promotions and exclusive events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial/business or equivalent vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in the travel industry, with tour operators or travel agencies
- Solid GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge
- Fluent in German and English; knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage
- Passion for travel, luxury, gastronomy, events and culture
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- High quality awareness and attention to detail
- Availability to work full-time
