About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to customer requests by phone, email, and chat, meeting the appropriate response time for each channel;
  • Create service requests, manage follow-ups, and resolve issues;
  • Resolve requests in direct communication with clients whenever possible;
  • Contact external suppliers, coordinate and contract services on behalf of clients;
  • Ensure clients are informed of all terms and conditions of our suppliers before executing any transaction;
  • Provide occasional support to leadership activities when required;
  • Support client requests from other Ten Global offices;
  • Access the Ten Learning training and development platform during working hours to learn or refresh knowledge;
  • Fully explore and understand each client's requests and use your concierge expertise to propose options that effectively and appropriately match their needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a related field
  • Advanced English (conversational)
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in travel agencies, concierge services, hospitality, or tourism is desirable
  • Additional language skills are a plus
  • Commitment to supporting Ten’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals and promoting adherence to company policies.
