Lifestyle Manager – Travel Customer Service, Concierge
Ten Lifestyle GroupLifestyle Manager delivering exemplary concierge services for high-net-worth clients in travel. Addressing requests through various channels while ensuring quality and efficiency in service.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to customer requests by phone, email, and chat, meeting the appropriate response time for each channel;
- Create service requests, manage follow-ups, and resolve issues;
- Resolve requests in direct communication with clients whenever possible;
- Contact external suppliers, coordinate and contract services on behalf of clients;
- Ensure clients are informed of all terms and conditions of our suppliers before executing any transaction;
- Provide occasional support to leadership activities when required;
- Support client requests from other Ten Global offices;
- Access the Ten Learning training and development platform during working hours to learn or refresh knowledge;
- Fully explore and understand each client's requests and use your concierge expertise to propose options that effectively and appropriately match their needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Tourism or a related field
- Advanced English (conversational)
- Customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in travel agencies, concierge services, hospitality, or tourism is desirable
- Additional language skills are a plus
- Commitment to supporting Ten’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals and promoting adherence to company policies.
