About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day‑to‑day performance and effectiveness of our Zoho CRM
- Work with multiple teams to understand requirements and improve usability
- Configure workflows, automations, pipelines, dashboards and reports
- Drive consistent adoption, data quality and system discipline across the business
- Monitor usage and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Act as a key point of contact between the business and the CRM
- Translate business needs into practical system solutions
- Support training, guidance and upliftment of CRM capability
- Confidently challenge behaviours and drive change where needed
- Analyse CRM and related commercial data to generate meaningful insights
- Support decision‑making through clear reporting, dashboards and KPIs
- Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency (low‑code, data‑driven, AI‑enabled where relevant)
- Support analytics and reporting that enable better operational outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho advantageous, but not essential)
- Strong understanding of CRM configuration, workflows, automations and reporting
- High level of technical aptitude and ability to learn systems quickly
- Confident stakeholder engagement and change‑driving capability
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Exposure to process improvement, automation or transformation work is a plus
- Tools & skills that are advantageous:
- - Zoho CRM / Zoho One (or Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
- - Reporting and data analysis
- - SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar
- - Power Automate, Python or low‑code automation tools
- Personal Attributes:
- - Commercially curious with a strong continuous‑improvement mindset.
- - Organised, detail‑focused and reliable.
- - Comfortable working in evolving environments with changing priorities.
- - Proactive, pragmatic and delivery‑focused.
