About the Role: We are looking for a Lifestyle Manager with proven experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or restaurant sectors, especially in roles focused on customer service or call center support related to travel. You will assist members with a variety of requests, from booking trips to recommending exclusive experiences, always delivering service with excellence.

Use your knowledge of the hospitality and travel industry to recommend, plan, and book outstanding experiences.
Ensure all interactions reflect the high standards of TEN and its partners.
Background in customer service within travel agencies, hotels, restaurants, or related industries.
Experience in call center environments dealing with travel or hospitality services.
Excellent written and spoken English (C1).
Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with luxury or high-end travel services. No formal degree required—your experience and passion for service matter most.
