  • As a Digital Content Administrator, you will support the content team by managing and uploading content on our Content Management Systems (CMS). You will collaborate with the Digital Content Project Manager to make sure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Your main duties include daily CMS administration, uploading content inventories, gathering and organizing data, and troubleshooting system errors. You will help achieve daily goals, ensure content is current across platforms, and handle multiple languages within the CMS. Maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all content management activities is essential. You will also work closely with the Content, Product, and Proposition teams.

Requirements

  • **EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:   **
  • - A Matric qualification with 2 years of experience in digital administration is required. Tertiary education is a plus.
  • - Essential skills include experience with online CMS systems and strong Excel abilities, particularly in handling large datasets. Advanced Excel skills are considered an advantage.
  • **ROLE SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES: **
  • - Record of success in Digital Content Administrator managing content uploads and CMS administration.
  • - Knowledge and expertise in digital content management and CMS systems.
  • - Demonstrated ability to drive accuracy and efficiency in content management tasks.
  • - Ability to promote best practices in digital content administration.
  • - Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
  • - Experience in working with large datasets and troubleshooting system errors.
  • - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
