About the role
- Preparation and advising on the technical and economic feasibility of our construction projects in close cooperation with project teams, site management and estimating
- Selection of suitable subcontractors and suppliers and development of procurement strategies
- Market monitoring and identification of new trends to support the estimating and project teams
- Preparation of specifications (Leistungsverzeichnisse), obtaining and analyzing bids, as well as contract awards and change order management
- Leading negotiations and concluding contracts with partner companies
- Maintaining long-term relationships with external partners such as subcontractors, suppliers and specialist planners
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training; a degree in civil engineering (MSc/BSc) or qualification as a construction technician is a plus
- Career changers (e.g., from the building materials trade) are welcome
- Initial professional experience desirable but not required – motivated entrants are warmly invited
- Enthusiasm for delivering demanding construction projects
- Confident user of MS Office; ideally experience with Nevaris
- Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
- Personal qualities such as motivation, reliability, flexibility, creativity and team orientation
