About the role
- Preparation of the technical feasibility and implementation of projects
- Collaboration within the project team with colleagues from project management, planning and estimating
- Liaison with external parties (suppliers, subcontractors, specialist planners, authorities, utilities, etc.) for detailed coordination
- Identifying optimization potential and further developing procurement strategies
- Preparation and evaluation of tenders and creation of specifications/works descriptions
- Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor offers
- Conducting technical and commercial award discussions, including on-site at the construction site when required
- Creating and processing orders as well as evaluating suppliers and subcontractors
- Project visits and coordination meetings with site management and subcontractors, including project-related invoice verification
Requirements
- You have a completed qualification in construction (degree in civil engineering or certified construction technician)
- Career starters (m/f/d) are welcome
- Solid knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, MS Project and Outlook) and preferably experience with Nevaris and Allplan by Nemetschek
- Knowledge of planning techniques and construction regulations
- Commercial awareness and cost consciousness
- Initiative, openness, teamwork, commitment and flexibility
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
