Clinical Account Associate
Tempus AIClinical Account Associate working with Clinical Account Executives to drive client retention and adoption of Tempus algorithmic tests. Building relationships with healthcare professionals in oncology and pathology.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the Clinical Account Executive CAE on plans for gaining and retaining clients
- Collaborate with sales positions to ensure successful attainment of company goals
- Identify opportunities with existing customers on the use of Tempus algorithmic tests
- Promote compliance with new web-based molecular information tools
- Monitor performance of sales to ensure objectives are met
- Develop a comprehensive business plan for the territory
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, and pathology departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.S. in biology, life science, business or marketing
- Sales support experience in healthcare (preferably oncology or pathology)
- History of proven past performance, meeting or exceeding expectations
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks
- Strong administrative skills
