About the role

  • To manage and build strong working relationships with retail and specialist customers.
  • Implement sales and marketing initiatives which develop new and existing business.
  • Act as an escalation point for our retail customers in the event of any issues, responding promptly and accurately and keeping them in the loop at all times.
  • Promote stock and marketing offers to maximise sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, including stock information which is used to generate re-stocking orders with retailers.
  • Train and motivate retailer sales staff.
  • Identify and promote opportunities to increase sales.
  • Increase turnover and profitability.

Requirements

  • Account Management and/or Sales experience within a retail environment possessing the ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong relationship building and communications skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand the products and services offered by TEMPUR Australia.
