Director, Product Marketing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the GTM strategy for our enterprise platform.
- Define our Enterprise and Mid-Market ICPs—from the C-Suite to technical practitioners—and validate our value prop through direct customer interviews and sales feedback loops.
- Partner with our Channel teams to turn the ecosystem into a force multiplier, creating specialized messaging to lead with Tempo in high-stakes enterprise transformations.
- Serve as the "voice of the market" and partner closely with Product Management to influence the roadmap based on enterprise requirements.
- Lead the strategy for enterprise pricing, packaging, and bundling to maximize ACV and simplify the buying process.
- Partner with Sales leadership to arm our teams with high-impact assets: competitive "kill sheets," executive pitch decks, and discovery frameworks that uncover high-value pain points.
- Bridge the gap between technical capability and executive value, ensuring our messaging resonates across the entire buying committee.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–12 years in B2B SaaS Product Marketing. You have a proven track record of launching flagship products and scaling GTM functions in the $50M–$200M ARR range.
- You know how to navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees and tailor a narrative that satisfies the CEO’s vision, the CFO’s ROI requirements, and the IT Lead’s technical standards.
- You understand that enterprise deals are won through partners. You have experience building co-marketing strategies that empower partners to advocate for your platform.
- You are a leader who "does." You can set a 3-year market vision, but you are equally comfortable jumping into a document to sharpen a value proposition or refine a sales playbook.
- You are obsessed with win rates, pipeline velocity, and expansion revenue. You understand the math behind a successful enterprise GTM engine.
