About the role
- You manage your portfolio and expand your client base: this means building a strong professional relationship with your clients and staying informed about market developments so you can capitalize on opportunities and challenges.
- You understand the needs of the customer: as an industry expert, you can identify and prioritize customer needs.
- You know how to steer the conversation with the customer in the right direction to lead to a successful outcome.
- Whether it's C-level decision-makers or managers at the operational level, you know how to handle them.
- You are proactive and always seeking opportunities to take your portfolio to the next level, and grow our business.
- You have strong analytical skills: you are adept at handling data and translating it into clear action points for your clients.
- Based on your findings, you determine the next steps, always with the best interests of both parties in mind.
- You’re eager to seek opportunities and improve storytelling based on your client- and market needs.
- You like to work with revenue targets. So you don’t take no for an answer easily.
Requirements
- Have 2-3 years of relevant commercial experience in (strategic) account management.
- Have HBO-level education.
- Speak fluent Dutch and have a good command of English.
- Are able to turn ideas into concrete plans.
- Are data-driven and innovative.
- Have a commercial mindset.
- You are communicative and have hands-on mentality.
- Experience or knowledge of software such as Asana, Looker and Salesforce is a plus.
- A network in hospitality.
- Experience at an agency or within platform industry.
