About the role
- Manage and expand your client portfolio.
- This means building a personal relationship and being in daily contact with clients by phone.
- Understand the needs of the client, and you know how to spot opportunities.
- You know how to guide the conversation with the client in the right direction, leading to a successful outcome.
- You are the point of contact for client locations that need advice or support in filling their shifts, using the platform, etc.
- You make decisions and take actions based on data that are in the best interest of the client.
Requirements
- Are at the start of your career.
- Are passionate about everything related to sales & account management.
- Hold a degree from a Hotel Management School, Business Administration, or another relevant education;
- Are not afraid to pick up the phone and preferably spend the whole day on the line;
- Are Creative – always looking for new ways to approach problems and take the company to the next level;
- Have a Hands-on mentality – you love a good challenge and appreciate the lessons that come with it;
- Value a Good team spirit – you strive to work through problems together as a unit and aim to motivate;
- Speak fluent Dutch and have sufficient command of the English language.
- Experience with Salesforce & Looker is a pré.
