About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achievement of sales targets in the territory assigned
  • Implementation of the sales strategies set out by the management
  • Drive the sales cycle from initial contact to the signing of the deal
  • Maintain good client relationships
  • Participate in market analysis and relationship building with senior management and key opinion leaders in banking and financial services sectors
  • Start and manage the full new logo sales cycle
  • Negotiate or assist in negotiations on sales and service agreements
  • Assist in market research and build prospective client profiles
  • Establish and nurture relationships with C-level clients, business partners, and industry affiliates
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, accurately tracking quarterly forecasts and revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record of new sales and achievement of sales targets in the banking and financial sectors
  • Substantial relevant experience within the same domain
  • Able to deal with people at all levels within an organization
  • Good understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle, back office)
  • Thorough understanding of IT processes and implementations
  • University education in relevant business disciplines, preferably with a post-graduate degree.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • International exposure and ability to be deployed across the territory
