About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
- You will guide the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
- You will remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove them.
- You will support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog.
- You will build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
- You will assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- You will document and Model User Requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding within the development team.
- You will assist with IT Testing activities, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- You will utilize Data Collection and Analysis to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- You will support Database Reporting and Data Management initiatives.
- You will manage and maintain various documentation and file management systems.
- You will oversee Program Installation and Versioning control for software releases.
- You will work with Graphical User Interface (GUI) concepts and contribute to their development.
- You will engage in Information Retrieval and Metadata Management tasks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You should have strong understanding of Application Development principles.
- You should have demonstrated Computer Skills and proficiency in relevant software.
- You should have experience with Assessment and Categorizing and Classifying I methodologies.
- You should have familiarity with Data Collection and Analysis techniques.
- You should have knowledge of Document and Model User Requirements practices.
- You should have understanding of Document Management and File Management System concepts.
- You should have exposure to Graphical User Interface (GUI) design principles.
- You should have basic understanding of Information Retrieval and Metadata Management.
- You should have awareness of IT Testing best practices.
- You should have familiarity with Program Installation and Versioning control.
- You should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- You should have ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- You should have proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to learn and grow within an agile framework.
