About the role
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Support go-to-market planning for product launches and feature rollouts.
- Build sales enablement materials such as decks, one-pagers, and battle cards.
- Translate technical product features into customer-focused benefits.
- Collaborate with product managers to ensure alignment between product strategy and marketing execution.
- Design and execute content campaigns (blogs, whitepapers, videos, case studies, webinars) together with the marketing team.
- Act as a content consultant across teams, advising on tone of voice, consistency, and brand guidelines.
- Create content that fuels lead generation, demand marketing, customer engagement, and sales processes (e.g., pitch and enablement decks).
- Optimize content for distribution across multiple channels (website, CRM, social media, partner platforms).
- Use data and customer insights to refine content strategy and improve performance.
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform positioning and messaging.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to identify content opportunities.
- Build and align personas and customer journeys to guide communication strategy in collaboration with product and sales teams.
- Share insights with commercial and product teams to strengthen campaigns and sales conversations.
- Ensure that our health and lifestyle positioning differentiates us in a competitive market.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or related roles, ideally in healthtech, lifestyle, or SaaS.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in German and English.
- Experience in go-to-market strategy and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to create and design content and graphics that drive both awareness and conversion.
- Structured and analytical approach with strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Structured approach to working and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and consult stakeholders effectively.
- Hands-on experience with AI applications in content creation and workflow setup.
- Familiarity with healthcare, pharma, or other regulated industries (nice to have).
- Experience in app or SaaS content marketing (nice to have).
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital content distribution (nice to have).
- Understanding of sales enablement processes and tools (nice to have).
