About the role

  • Own daily tender intake: Manage tenders@ inbox, triage by priority, validate inputs for completeness and accuracy, and upload validated tenders into Control Room within SLA.
  • Run P442 manual scheme creation and upload: Prepare spreadsheets for Granular submissions (Seller data, Buyer data, matching files), monitor contract signatures and coordinate with CS on scheme progress, create schemes manually in the Granular portal until API automation is built, maintain an audit trail of uploads and scheme status, and flag blockers to Product for the automation roadmap.
  • Maintain quality and data integrity: Run bulk checks for duplicates, conflicts, and data issues, follow agreed rules on MPAN handling and data standards, maintain accurate records and audit trail, and flag errors before they cascade downstream.
  • Support the tender → lock-in pipeline: Verify contract completeness when tenders become deals, route eligible deals through e-signature and automated paths, and ensure clean handoff to Ops on lock-ins.
  • Enable Sales and partners: Keep partner status, pricing artefacts, and deal information current, communicate early on issues that affect deal progression, and unblock Sales and brokers so Partner Leads can stay focused on closing.
  • Spot improvements and drive quick wins: Use AI and platform tools to remove admin work, identify bottlenecks in the tender-to-lock-in process, propose small changes that reduce manual steps and speed closing, and contribute ideas to the automation roadmap.
  • Flex across Operations: Take on manual work in other areas (lock-ins, registration, onboarding) when demand peaks or capacity is tight, support the broader ops team to keep pipelines moving, help transition processes from manual to automated as new tools are built, and gain exposure to the full tender-to-live journey.
  • Communicate clearly: Surface risks and capacity constraints early, keep work visible in the team’s tracking system, close loops with stakeholders on tender status, and document workflows so knowledge is shared.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations coordination, commercial operations, deal operations, or a closely related operations role.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort owning high-accuracy admin work (validation, data hygiene, audit trails) in a high-volume environment.
  • Confidence working across teams to keep a pipeline moving, including proactive stakeholder communication and closing loops.
  • Comfort learning new tools and processes quickly (e.g., inbox triage, Control Room, portals like Granular, spreadsheets and trackers).
  • An AI-native mindset: curious about using tools and automation to remove manual work, and able to spot and propose quick wins.
Benefits
  • Salary aligned to internal benchmarks and reviewed twice a year.
  • Stock options so everyone has ownership in our mission.
  • 25 days holiday plus public holidays. Swap public holidays for the ones that matter most to you, and enjoy your birthday off.
  • Remote first and flexible working, with clear core hours and no internal meetings on Friday afternoons.
  • Home working and wellbeing budgets:
  • Up to £1,200 or €1,200 per year for your remote setup.
  • Up to £150 or €150 per month for wellbeing.
