About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the Product Owner for the Data area, managing the backlog, priorities and deliveries aligned with business strategies.
Translate business requests into clear, actionable requirements for the technical team.
Coordinate Data and Engineering teams, promoting organization, efficiency and continuous development.
Lead the evolution of data architecture, integrations and data ingestion processes.
Ensure the quality, governance and standardization of metrics, reports and dashboards.
Conduct alignments with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
Monitor project progress through metrics, executive presentations and strategic analyses.
Act as an agent of transformation, strengthening the data-driven culture and expanding the impact of data on company decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Analytics, Data Management or Business Intelligence is a plus.
Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX and creation of strategic dashboards.
Knowledge of SQL, Data Warehouse and dimensional modeling (star and snowflake schemas).
Experience with data architecture, integration and governance, including ETL, APIs and data pipelines.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management and working closely with the business.
Familiarity with cloud data and BI platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure or AWS.
Analytical, collaborative and results-oriented profile, with the ability to turn data into business value.
