About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise the Network Management team, ensuring organization, monitoring and execution of the area’s operational and strategic activities.
- Support the development and guidance of the team, ensuring targets, deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Manage relationships with the accredited provider network, supporting negotiations, conflict resolution, and the maintenance of partnerships.
- Monitor performance indicators and propose process improvements.
- Ensure correct application of company policies and guidelines, and support external activities and provider visits when necessary.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Management Processes, or related fields.
- Experience in people management and team leadership.
- Experience managing an accredited provider network and provider relations.
- Knowledge of supplementary health (private health insurance), operational workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis.
- Familiarity with strategic planning and process management.
- Experience managing operational teams and fieldwork is desirable.
