About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise the Network Management team, ensuring organization, monitoring and execution of the area’s operational and strategic activities.
Support the development and guidance of the team, ensuring targets, deadlines and quality standards are met.
Manage relationships with the accredited provider network, supporting negotiations, conflict resolution, and the maintenance of partnerships.
Monitor performance indicators and propose process improvements.
Ensure correct application of company policies and guidelines, and support external activities and provider visits when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Management Processes, or related fields.
Experience in people management and team leadership.
Experience managing an accredited provider network and provider relations.
Knowledge of supplementary health (private health insurance), operational workflows, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis.
Familiarity with strategic planning and process management.
Experience managing operational teams and fieldwork is desirable.
