Key responsibilities & impact

Lifecycle Management: Plan, monitor, and ensure delivery of medium-complexity projects within agreed timelines, budget, and quality.
Control and Reporting: Identify risks and bottlenecks proactively, reporting the progress of projects under your supervision.
Lead strategic and operational projects regarding development, implementation, and follow-up.
Prepare technical specifications for project development.
Create content to publicize projects, such as newsletters, bulletins, infographics, and other materials.
Prepare management reports, activity reports, and project accountability reports.
Draft meeting minutes/records.
Act as a facilitator between the areas involved in the project.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed. Preferred backgrounds: Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or Project Management.
Postgraduate degree in Project Management and certifications such as PMI/PMP, PSPO, or related qualifications are a plus.
Methodologies: Practical command of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) or traditional approaches (PMBOK/Waterfall).
Management Tools: Proficiency in software such as Jira, MS Project, or Trello, as well as data analysis tools (Excel/Power BI).
Assertive Communication: Ability to negotiate deadlines and align expectations between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and translate problems into structured action plans.
