About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and monitor operational planning, ensuring all activities are completed within established deadlines and targets.
Analyze and monitor operational results, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
Manage operational process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate efficiency and productivity.
Prepare management reports on operational progress, highlighting improvement opportunities and strategic recommendations.
Monitor process and resource flows, proposing adjustments to optimize performance.
Collaborate with other areas of the company, such as Sales, Logistics and Finance, to ensure integration and operational alignment.
Develop and implement methodologies for controlling operational processes.
Support management in strategic decision-making through analytical data and detailed reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree.
Preferably degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields; postgraduate qualification in Process Management, Controllership or related areas is desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (for data analysis and report building).
Knowledge of process management and operational control methodologies.
Strong skills in data analysis, preparation of management reports and presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
