About the role
- Prepare and monitor operational planning, ensuring all activities are completed within established deadlines and targets.
- Analyze and monitor operational results, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Manage operational process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare management reports on operational progress, highlighting improvement opportunities and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor process and resource flows, proposing adjustments to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with other areas of the company, such as Sales, Logistics and Finance, to ensure integration and operational alignment.
- Develop and implement methodologies for controlling operational processes.
- Support management in strategic decision-making through analytical data and detailed reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferably degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, Economics or related fields; postgraduate qualification in Process Management, Controllership or related areas is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (for data analysis and report building).
- Knowledge of process management and operational control methodologies.
- Strong skills in data analysis, preparation of management reports and presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
